Tamara Buwalda
Tamara is a Reiki Master and Access Bars facilitator with trainings in Somatic Experiencing. She uses a variety of holistic treatments to facilitate and strengthen a mind-body-soul connection with her clients. Her primary offerings are energy work, but she is also trained Indian Head Massage and will be offering those services soon. Tamara is a lover of writing, nature, photography and deep connection, and has been described as outgoing, creative and welcoming. Tamara has a profound desire to help people reconnect with their higher selves and their passion and personal power in this lifetime. She holds deep loving space for her clients and creates an environment where people feel safe and comfortable to open up and express their thoughts, feelings and ideas about personal experiences along their journey. Tamara's business @aligned.focus is really growing and she is starting to get into retreat planning as well. She has a big event coming up honouring the harmony of both masculine & feminine energies in September 2024.
