Reiki is a holistic healing technique that originated in Japan and focuses on the principle of channeling universal life energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Gentle touch is used to balance and harmonize the body's energy, encouraging a state of deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Reiki is believed to help support the body by clearing energy blockages and restoring the natural flow of vital energy, or "ki." This renewed energy flow can aid in reducing pain, enhancing body's natural ability to heal, and promoting a sense of overall balance and inner peace. Reiki Sessions may be covered under wellness or health spending accounts. Distance Reiki can be sent to individuals or groups in the comfort of your own space. Tamara will be offering in person sessions that will last for 60 minutes and include 60 minutes use of the Hot and Cold Amenities; infrared sauna, red light therapy and cold plunge to follow.

People who experience reiki have been known to experience a reduction in emotional distress and anxiety by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results relaxation and reduced pain and tension throughout the body.
