Reiki Sessions may be covered under wellness or health spending accounts. Distance Reiki can be sent to individuals or groups in the comfort of your own space. Tamara will be offering in person sessions that will last for 60 minutes and include 60 minutes use of the Hot and Cold Amenities; infrared sauna, red light therapy and cold plunge to follow.
