Lymphatic Drainage Treatment - 90 mins + 60 minute amenities use

Description
Lymphatic drainage treatment, or Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the natural circulation of lymph fluid, reducing swelling (lymphedema) and removing waste products from tissues. Using light, rhythmic strokes, it moves fluid towards lymph nodes, aiding recovery, reducing inflammation, and boosting immune function and metabolism. This service improves circulation, reduces water retention and supports a full body detox. Wood therapy is a Columbian technique that uses wooden tools to support fascia release, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage and body relaxation. This booking includes 60 minute use of the Hot and Cold Amenities lounge after your treatment, however we do not recommend using the cold plunge for the first 24 hours after MLD. However, use of the infrared sauna, red light therapy, tea bar and shower pair very well with the treatment. Please note that while Drea has completed training and has a certification for this treatment, it is not registered and therefore not eligible for massage treatment benefit coverage. It is eligible for health spending reimbursements.
