Using light, rhythmic strokes, it moves fluid towards lymph nodes, aiding recovery, reducing inflammation, and boosting immune function and metabolism. This service improves circulation, reduces water retention and supports a full body detox. Wood therapy is a Columbian technique that uses wooden tools to support fascia release, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage and body relaxation. This booking does not include use of the Hot and Cold Amenities.
